Incredibly attentive and customer friendly. Within 1 hour, they had me come in and drop my car, get parts from their Frederick warehouse and give me a ride home. Within 2 hours, I had new brakes, rotors and new rear brake sensor. These folks take pride in their work and in the community. Give them a shot!

So glad I found this auto shop on my way when I needed my tire checked urgently. Everybody was so welcoming, assessed the issue quickly, showed pictures of the damages, gave explanations and recommendations and, in few minutes, I my car was drivable. I'm extremely impressed by Milex workers attitudes and work attics. I was there early last month for a remote start installation, after i have wait for Best buy for months. Knowledgeable and friendly team take the time to explain the work to be done and answer questions completely. The office is nicely presented and very clean-a comfortable place to wait for your car if you choose to do so. If not, friendly staff will take you home and bring you back when their work on your car is completed. Excellent experience.
