Heather and the wonderful mechanics are amazing. My son and I broke down literally across the street. They came to see if it was able to start. After realizing it was in need of repair, they helped me with a tow and gave us a ride home. It was so wonderful, in that vulnerable moment, they treated us like family. I completely recommend them!!! They not only are amazing at thier job but wonderful at caring for thier community. My truck was ready to go the next day and to be honest, hasn't ran this well in a while. I even got a free car wash. Their prices are really decent. And as I said, they treat you like family. Very grateful for them!!!!

I made an emergency stop because something was wrong with my car. Heather was very kind and helpful. It was toward the end of the day, but they took the time to test drive and inspect my car with a full diagnosis. I live an hour from Boonsboro, but work in the area and was very thankful they were able to check my car. Heather even called me the next day to see how I was and to see how the car drove for me. The best customer service ever!

We stopped by just before closing looking for our second opinion on the brakes. The team looked things over and provided clear feedback and a good quote! They had the parts first thing the next morning and had us rolling by 1PM. I look forward to doing future business with them and highly recommend them!!

Milex is great. The cleanest shop I have been in year after year. Heather is fabulous and treats every customer with sincere care of there needs. I highly recommend going here for all your car needs.

Finally found a place I can feel confident they have my best interests and pocket book in mind. Upfront communication, and have gotten me out of a few unexpected issues, not to mention the quality regular scheduled maintenance. Wish I found them a decade ago!

Would not recommend using Miles of Boonsboro if the service they provide is anything like the attitude of the woman behind the service desk. Definitely not a community oriented business.

I have a VW Diesel and have tried in vane for three years to find a mechanic that could even diagnose my car properly. Not only did they (finally!) clear my "check engine light," they discovered multiple "other issues" my previous mechanics "over looked." Now, I am ready for my next 100k on my diesel wagon. Needless to say...I found my new mechanic shop for all my vehicles. These folks are great, their shop is beyond immaculate!
