BJ was extremely helpful when I explained I had to cancel my oil change as I sub and had a job the afternoon of the appt. She told me they are glad to take customers to their work, which helped me get my repairs done on my Wrangler, and go to work as well. We had to change the appt to today, but that worked out fine. She called twice to update me on the repairs needed and cost, and then called to let me know everything was finished. Mason took me to school and picked me up on time today. BJ explained everything done and what items still needed to be fixed. I was a happy customer today!
