After several less than satisfactory experiences with the so-called quick lane service at the local dealership, including several instances of both overfilling and underfilling the crankcase because the factory-trained experts used the capacity chart for the wrong engine, I started taking my 2008 SuperDuty to Milex in Boonsboro. I have been completely satisfied with every service they’ve performed. DJ is always helpful and ready to answer questions, and it’s nice being greeted by name when you walk in the door. I also really like being able to see the service records on my vehicles on-line.
